Woke at 4:30am, watched the sunrise, packed and headed off for the ponga ride to Big Corn with nothing to eat.
The boat ride of death (again) but this time I would be able to see my watery demise as there was no black tarp over the boat this time.
Was on standby at the Big Corn airport but Catie pushed her way through and got us a flight back to Managua with her spanish speaking skills.
Arrived in Managua and headed right across the street to the Best Western, checked in, had lunch and passed out until the evening.
Stayed up drinking rum and cokes, swimming in the pool and watch TV in English with Spanish subtitles.
